What does the WebSecretary ™ offer?
 The WebSecretary is a web based communications service that requires no technical expertise and is managed by an easily updatable website. It offers:

Calendar system that any authorized member may update text and graphics
Send meeting announcement to select group or all
Ability to access RSVP lists and contact them for reminders or last minute changes
Easily publish On-Line newsletters
Secure online membership directory with personal update and search
Members can accept invitations to events and meetings
Members can verify where and what events are held
Secure Hosted at off-site data center
Cost savings by reducing dollars spent on paper newsletters and mail
Fully integrated system reduces duplicated data entry RSVP lists, members data
Historical Records (Archives)

Communicate your messages via web site, e-mail or sent them across modern comm-devices: cell phone, PDA, etc.

All done without having to purchase hardware, software, updates, Internet server access, no technical I.T. experts to hire, data backups, virus scanning, uninterruptible power supplies, etc. Data is fresh, real-time. And there is no web master roadblock.

The WebSecretary can be maintained by existing staff, board members, or membership via their browser from anywhere (office, home, hotel, etc.)

Tell me about the Keep In Touch Systems management team.
 The Keep In Touch Systems team has over 60 years total experience in software development companies including Hewlett-Packard, Oracle, Schwab, Intuit, to small start-ups and over 20 years of experience in Patent Law.

The team has masters and bachelor degrees in computer science, electrical engineering, industrial engineering from Harvard, Stanford, and Loyola Marymount University. They have MBAs from Stanford and St. Marys and law degrees from Stanford and George Washington and a Doctorate in Chemistry from Brandeis.

Past positions held by KITS management include: Board of Directors Member, C.E.O., President, Chief Operations Officer, Chief Technical Officer, Director of Engineering, Director of Marketing, Sales Manager, Finance Manager, Director of Customer Support, Computer Scientist, Engineer, Patent Legal Council, and U.S. Patent Examiner.
